These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Your Choice Diet website. Please read then carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not become a member of the Your Choice Diet Club.

- Amendments
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. You should periodically review them for changes, however we will try to bring any changes to your attention by putting a notice on the Your Choice Diet website. If you continue to use the Your Choice Diet website after the changes you will be bound by the new Terms & Conditions. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms & Conditions you should not continue to use the Your Choice Diet website.
- Health
Your Choice Diet strongly recommends that you seek medical advice before starting any new diet and fitness regime. The information provided by Your Choice Diet does not offer medical advice or act as a substitute for medical treatment. You should not use the Your Choice Diet website if you are underweight, pregnant, breast feeding, under 18 or have any medical condition which affects your dietary needs.
- Membership
To register as a member of the Your Choice Diet website you must be over 18 years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on the application form or at any time are correct. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by email. The initial membership term is 12 weeks.
- Cancellation and Suspension of Membership. Your Choice Diet may cancel or suspend you membership immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms & Conditions. You can cancel your membership at any time, however your membership fee and any subscription charges already paid are non-refundable. Unless you have stuck rigidly to your meal plan and have not lost weight in the first three months, we will then refund any monies paid within the first three months upon analysing your weekly diet record sheets to asses that you have followed your plan. Your cancellation will take effect from the starting date of you next membership month. Your Choice Diet does not cancel or suspend member's accounts without prior notification to the member.
- Availability of the Your Choice Diet Website
Although Your Choice Diet aims to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the services on the Your Choice Diet website will meet your requirements. Your Choice Diet cannot guarantee that service will be fault free. If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to us and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as possible.
- Your Choice Diet's Liability
Although Your Choice Diet will use reasonable skill and care in providing the Your Choice Diet website, it gives no other warranties or guarantees in relation to the Your Choice Diet website. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the internet.
The Your Choice Diet website provides content from other internet sites or resources and while Your Choice Diet tries to ensure that material included on the Your Choice Diet website is correct, reputable and of high quality, it cannot accept responsibility if this is not the case. As a convenience to Your Choice Diet customers, our site may include links to other websites which are beyond our control. Your Choice Diet is not responsible for content on the Internet or World Wide Web pages on any other site or publication outside the Your Choice Diet website.
- Advertising and Sponsorship
Part of the Your Choice Diet website may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Your Choice Diet website complies with relevant laws and codes. We will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising and sponsorship material.
- Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
- International Use
Your Choice Diet makes no promise that materials on the Your Choice Diet website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. Accessing the Your Choice Diet website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from locations outside the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
- Miscellaneous

If you breach these Terms & Conditions and Your Choice Diet ignores this, Your Choice Diet will still be entitles to use its rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms & Conditions.
Your Choice Diet shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms & Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
A person who is not a party to these Terms & Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of these Terms & Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
